I got to photograph this gorgeous Senior girl last month here in Tucson. I love working with Seniors, watching their confidence grow by the end of our session is so fun. I just know she will have such a successful future ahead of her, she is beautiful on the inside and out!

We headed to Phoenix for Easter this year. We stayed with my sister and her husband. My kids love staying with them, they are such a fun Aunt and Uncle. We had a great holiday with our sweet little family and our big old family!!!

I photographed this adorable girl at Agua Caliente last month in Tucson. We met in the morning and there was some beautiful light to work with. I love photographing kids at this age, they are so cooperative and love modeling!

One of our favorite things to do on days off is take family trips together. When we lived in the south, we loved exploring all around Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and more. Now that we are back in Arizona, we are trying to take our kids to places that we visited as kids. Last month we headed to Tombstone, a small town in Arizona known for being a very profitable mining and old western town. We got to go into one of the mines, which the kids thought was so cool. We also enjoyed the western feel and yummy food!

I posted my favorite 2012 pictures of my clients last week, but I wanted to post my favorite personal photos of 2012. My goal last year was to take more pictures of my family and capture more of our every day moments. With the project “what ___ looks like”, it really helped me get in the habit if of photographing my family more. I am excited to continue documenting my family in 2013. I wanted to post our baby announcement for those who haven’t seen it. I love how it turned out. I got the card design from Beane and Ruby, isn’t it adorable?

Maternity leave has been awesome! Unfortunately all good things come to an end. I’m back to work on Friday and looking forward to working with my fabulous clients!

I posted a sneak peek of the R family last month. We met at the Hilton in Oro Valley for their family pictures. They are such an adorable family and I loved working with them and their cute little 6 month old son. Photographing families is one of my favorite things to do because of the beautiful natural interaction I get to capture!

I am already looking forward to the families I get to photograph this Holiday Seasons!

I have been so blessed to have a life surrounded by amazing Father’s. My own Father has always been my number one supporter, he was our biggest fan growing up and I truly know just how blessed I am to be raised by such a great Dad. And you have to give him some major credit for raising 5 girls who were only 8 years apart, YIKES!!!

I now get to watch my husband be the most amazing Dad to my children. He gives them 100% devotion and time. They can’t understand just how lucky they are to have a Father like them in their lives. I constantly give thanks for him not only in my life but in theirs too.

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Father’s in the world. Billy Graham said “A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.” So here I am today singing their praises, good Father’s are lives biggest blessings!!!!
