You might remember gorgeous Hannah from her sneak peak at the beginning of this month. She was so fabulous to work with and I’m ecstatic about how our images turned out. I love working with clothing stylists and hair dressers to make the whole shoot come together perfectly. Each of her outfits went perfect with the location and what we had in mind. And her hair was just amazing, I loved the messy fun look of it. Thanks to everyone who made this shoot happen, it worked beautifully. And especially thanks to our gorgeous model Hannah for being such a trooper!

I will definitely be finding more opportunities to work with models in Phoenix and Tucson, it is ideal!

I am so lucky that I had the opportunity to work with another gorgeous model last week. Lisa contacted me about doing one more model shoot before I leave for Phoenix. I was on board so she quickly lined up another beautiful model and awesome hair dresser. We had a great time and the crew worked wonderfully together. I am hoping to find some opportunities in Phoenix or Tucson to work with some more models, they are so much fun! Here is a quick sneak peek, I will post our full session later! 11 days until we leave for Phoenix, ahhh! We will spend some time in Phoenix and then head to Tucson in August! Today we are exactly half way through our 52 week project. I often wonder where this year has gone. It feels like we just started 2011 and now in two weeks I will be moving to Arizona and getting ready to start my business over in Tucson. This project has allowed me to take pictures for myself and really think outside the box. Our theme this week was Frame it. Framing is an important aspect of photography. I am always looking for natural frames to frame my subjects, it helps to draw our eyes towards the subject even more.
I had the opportunity this week to do another model shoot with a gorgeous model. We went to lots of awesome locations and took several pictures, I will show a sneak peek on Monday so stay tuned. We went to a laundry mat and used the washer to frame the model, I thought it was the PERFECT use of framing. Thanks to those who helped me this shoot possible.

I am sure you remember the sneak peak of the gorgeous model I photographed a few weeks ago. I wanted to post the rest of her session. The fashion stylist I worked with had a storyline we were following, so that is why there are fun pictures in different scenes with different props. I am grateful for the awesome people I got to work with to make this shoot happen.

Last night Lisa and I got together again to do another gorgeous shoot. I will be sharing a sneak peek of those soon so watch for them!

I got an inquiry the other day to photograph a test shoot for a wardrobe stylist. She had an amazing vision in mind so of course I said yes. We had a great time together, and I was bummed to think I am moving to Tucson soon because she would of been wonderful to work with more often! There was a gorgeous model lined up and an amazing hair dresser all ready to make the pictures happen. It was great working with a professional model who was styled beautifully. Here’s a quick sneak peek of our session, I will post more later. For photographer’s interested in knowing, the first and last shot were taken with a lensbaby composer pro.
