It’s Friday again which means it’s another week of our 52 week project. This week our theme was children. I love photographing families which means I get to photograph a lot of children. Sometimes they can be a hard subject to photograph so you really have to get creative to get them to interact with you. Since I love to capture real moments in my photography, I must admit I am constantly acting like a fool when I photograph children. You will often see me making funny faces, playing hide and seek, or making crazy sounds with my mouth to get them to laugh. I seriously will do anything to get some genuine happiness out of a child when I am doing a session. Who doesn’t just melt when they see a picture of their child laughing? I try to do the best I can to capture that for my clients.
For this week’s theme I am posting a picture of some of my favorite children, my brother’s kids who I love so much. My camera is currently in the repair shop so I couldn’t take a new picture this week. I pulled out this one of my nieces and nephew because I love and miss them so much. Only a couple more months until we move to Tucson and get to see them all the time. They are growing up too fast and I am missing out on their best years!
